To many people who have just gone through a painful break up, they may think that it signifies the end of the relationship. They start losing hope and end up not doing anything that will help bring back their ex.
Well, it doesn't have to be that way. The truth is, a break up is not necessarily the end of a relationship. Yes, some relationship just can't be saved no matter what you do, probably because your ex has chosen to move on or for some other reasons. And some relationships are definitely not worth getting back into.
However, if you still love your ex boyfriend or girlfriend and really believed that both of you will be much happier by getting back together, then there is always a chance for you to win your ex back. You might find it hard to believe, but break up seems to become more and more common these days.
But that doesn't have to be bad news. Because, a lot of them do get back together eventually. Which means, you can also win your ex back. Obviously, whether you can successfully win your ex back or not depend very much on what you did and did not do. You have to be very careful about avoiding certain mistakes as making them will probably spoil your chances to win your ex back.
For example, one of the most common mistakes is to keep on calling your ex boyfriend or girlfriend over and over again. This happens usually because your ex is trying to avoid you and is not answering your call. In your eagerness to reach him or her, you end up calling your ex too many times.
This is certainly something you want to avoid doing. Calling too often may give your ex the impression that you are extremely desperate. When your ex thinks you are desperate, he or she will only want to run away from you. You certainly don't want to give your ex this kind of impression.
Another reason why you do not want to do that is because if your ex is avoiding you, he or she probably needs some more time to cool down and doesn't wish to see you for the time being. This is especially true if you have just broken up a few days ago. Therefore, you should try to respect your ex decision and allow him or her some time to cool down.
